Planning an exhibition stand in Morocco: an 8-week checklist
What to decide, and when, so your stand is ready on opening day without last-minute surprises.

Most stand problems start with a decision taken too late. Here is the timeline we use with our clients for trade shows in Casablanca, Marrakech and across Morocco.
8 weeks before: set the goal
Decide what success looks like: number of qualified contacts, meetings booked, a product launch. Book your space and get the organiser’s technical guide — height limits, rigging rules and deadlines all come from it.
6 weeks before: brief and design
Share your brand guidelines, the products to show and the number of people on the stand. We turn this into a layout and 3D views. Think about visitor flow: an open front invites people in, a meeting area keeps them there.
4 weeks before: approve and order
Approve the design, the graphics and the screens. Order electricity, internet and furniture from the organiser before their deadline — late orders cost more.
2 weeks before: prepare the content
Finalise videos for screens, brochures, giveaways and the badge-scanning process. Brief your team on who greets visitors and how leads are recorded.
Show week
Set-up usually takes one to three days. Keep a contact person available to validate details on site. After the show, follow up with your leads within 48 hours: that is where the return on your stand is made.
